Communication exception handling method
1. When dealing with communication interruption, you can first open the fuse of the power module, wait for a period of time and then power on, and check whether it is restored. (Restart the power module and monitoring unit)
2. Replace the upper board of the monitoring unit, change the communication address, and check whether it is restored; (exclude the fault of the monitoring unit)
3. Check whether the communication is interrupted due to the failure of the power module, measure whether the output voltage is normal, and replace the power module for inspection; (exclude the failure of the monitoring unit)
4. Check whether the communication line voltage is within the normal range. Whether the positive and negative terminals are correct. Whether the communication line is short-circuited or open-circuited. Communication line labels are used correctly. Check whether the access terminal of the communication cabinet corresponds to the acquired configuration.
